Terms and Conditions

1. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. No refunds/exchanges will be allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as:

Product ordered is no longer available in stock
Payment is not completed and notified to us within 3 days from the issue of the order invoice
Buy Two Item entitle Free Shipping within Malaysia only.
We are unable to obtain authorization of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity

In any of these cases, you will be informed accordingly. Reimbursement will be made if you’ve already made the payment Goods are subject to availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

2. DELIVERY

Orders shall be shipped within 1-2 working days upon payment verification. Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded. For local orders, please allow 1-3 working days for the Pos Laju Malaysia company to deliver your parcel. For more information on shipping, please refer to this page.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make the effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. Do give allowance to some differences in colours/shades due to studio lightings. The actual colours you see will also depend on your monitor; hence they may differ from products received.

We take the measurements as accurately as possible. However, due to batch production, please allow 2cm difference from the stated measurement.For colour-dye products, batch dyeing may produce different dyeing tones and will not be entirely the same.

4. BACKORDERS

Backorder items arrival dates for different items will differ and usually stated under the individual items. Arrival may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (shipment delays etc). Date of arrival is updated on the product information page. Uniqueens reserves the right to amend the date of arrival without prior notice.

No refunds will be provided for delayed shipments unless backorder is cancelled.
There may be delays for the backorder items due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process or inadequacies on the factories side etc. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders/refund of orders are not applicable if the delay is no more than 2 weeks
The dates of arrival stated are based on estimation. The exact dates of arrival will be made known to the customers once they are confirmed.
In case of insufficient quantity or defects upon backorder items' arrival, a full refund will be made to the customer within 48 hours.
Slight colour discrepancy for the backorder items and instock items may be present. Do only join the backorder if you are comfortable with it.

5. RETURNS

No exchange / refund will be made for product that does not fit or not deemed defective. Miucious shall not be responsible for the damage caused during shipping.

We take care to ensure all products are checked and packed before they are shipped. However, if you have received a defective product:

Defects have to be notified to us via your invoice order within 7 days from date of item mailed
Instructions will be given as to how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item has to reach us within 5 maximum days after instruction email is sent
Returned item must be brand new/in the original state, otherwise an exchange/refund will be ignored and returned item will be sent back within 3 working days via normal mail. Customers shall have to incur the shipping costs.
For case-basis exchange / refund, no refunds will be made for products that are still available 
We are not liable for any lost mails in the exchange/refund process.
