1.I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition). 
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash, we make refund in store credit only. 

2. The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?
Yes. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) or the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.

3. The color look different from the website.
Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

4. Defective Items 

You can return to us if you found defect on the goods. We will exchange a new piece for you or make refund for you in term of in store credit. (I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do?We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt)

Uniqueens will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received.

  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
  • Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.
  • All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us. 
  • We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
  • We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed. 
  • All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  • Return won't be accept if we do not receive RETURN FORM's email.
  • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.
