1. Kindly secure your backorders by making advance payment first in order to secure your slots. All backorders placed are strictly not cancellable/refundable. Unless that our BO is cancelled (manufacturing issues), full cash refund/credit refund will be given.

2.If you have ordered multiple backorders in a single order, the order will be sent out once ALL BO items arrived. You can request us to ship out  your order separately but there will be extra charge for the shipping fees. 

3. The shipment dates provided at the time your order is placed are an estimate and may vary from the actual ship date.
